Fahrenheit451 (1)

What is the major theme of this novel? Why is this theme important to a teenager living in 2007?

The major theme of this novel is the importance of reading books. These days, people don’t read books often because of so many reasons.
The influence of television made people away from books. People have time to watch television but don’t have the time to crack a book. You don’t get to think much since the television shows directly. However books make you think deeply. Helps you expand your imagination and makes you think critically. I think this is very important because today’s society wants creativity.
This theme is important to a teenager living in 2007 because this is the age of setting personalities and values. Books help you get indirect experiences and give you the time to think. Also twenty-first century wants creative person. Nothing is better than books that can help you think creatively.
